We're wrapping up major milestones at the Shaw's Supermarket in Gilford, NH! Executing major infrastructure and fixture upgrades in live, high-traffic grocery environments is exactly where CapEx delivers maximum value as a specialty retail general contractor.

Here is a look at some of what our teams have successfully delivered so far:

🏗️Exterior storefront: Prepped and painted the exterior soffit to modernize the location’s curb appeal.

🍅Produce Department: Installed a new produce island complete with newly routed underground utilities, fresh produce tables, and advanced 36" Hussmann reach-in cases.

🥖Bakery Department: Cut the slab to run underground utilities for a brand-new cake island. Delivered a new self-service cake case, a new frozen reach-in case, and 3 new nesting tables to optimize product display.

Our team was able to seamlessly integrate electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration trades to ensure new merchandising islands and cases were fully operational before doors opened each morning. That's the CapEx difference.
