🔥 What a transformation!

This beautiful home got a huge facelift.
Removed all the old rotten wood and replaced it with a beautiful metal bronze textured hand rail with new support post.

Rebuilt the bridge and added a nice Trex to last a lifetime.

Shoutout to KCon Conley and his crew over at Precision Painting Pros LLC for painting the front and back of the house along with the trim. Staining the deck boards and refinishing the front door. Amazing work as always.

Also a huge thank you to the Walczyk’s for letting us take care of your home. 😎

There’s nothing more frustrating than investing thousands of dollars into your home, only to be left with workmanship that doesn’t meet the standard you paid for.

Unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened to one of our recent clients. Brand-new trim had been installed throughout the home, but due to poor installation and lack of attention to detail, it all had to come back out.

We completely removed the existing window trim, door trim, and baseboards and started fresh. Everything was replaced with a clean, modern trim package, installed correctly with the attention to detail it deserved. The new trim is now finished, prepped, and ready for paint!

We’re grateful our client trusted Urban Improvements LLC to come in, correct the issues, and give their home the finished look they originally envisioned.

Quality matters—especially in the details.

Now it’s time for paint! 🎨🔨
