Family Focused: We deeply value our P1 family - and THEIR families. Today's "Take a Child to Work Day" brings both together, as parents, grandparents, and relatives helped their kids learn about construction. Our P1 kids are enjoying structured learning through STEM activities, safety demonstrations, and the importance of giving back with blanket making for Project Linus. They also got to "play" with a magician and see a K-9 unit.

Built to bring the facilities and communities we serve to life, P1 has been an integral part of Elanco’s operations for more than eight years. Most recently, the P1 electrical team in St. Joseph, MO, completed work on the 25,000 sq. ft. renovation at the facility where Elanco’s new product - Trutect™ - is being produced. The product increases survival rate of dogs with Parvo to 93 percent!

Bringing the communities we serve to LIFE: the P1 Las Vegas team proudly supports our long-time customer, McMullan's Irish Pub, by contributing to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation annual fundraiser. What better mission than conquering kids’ cancer? St. Baldrick’s conducts their annual fundraiser in partnership with McMullan’s, whose owner lost their own child to cancer, "Team Kyra". P1 is proud to support this worthy cause.

This St. Baldrick's team has joined together to fight kids' cancer by shaving their heads and raising money for research! Make a donation to support their efforts, or join the team to be a part of the fun!
