Another new construction project underway for E. Registers Electrical!

Our crew has been hard at work installing the underground electrical infrastructure for a new building.

This phase of the project includes:

⚡ Underground conduit installation from the CT cabinet and main disconnects to two electrical panels.

⚡ Dedicated underground conduit pathways for communications systems.

⚡ Precision conduit routing, bends, and stub-ups to prepare for the next phase of construction.

⚡ ELECTRICAL SERVICE & PANEL UPGRADE ⚡

Another electrical upgrade completed by E. Registers Electrical!

During this project, we addressed several important electrical safety concerns with the home’s existing electrical system.

Upon inspection, we discovered that the property did not have a main service disconnect, and the interior subpanel was missing its required equipment grounding conductor.

To correct these issues, our team completed the following upgrades:

✅ Replaced the existing exterior electrical panel with new Eaton equipment

✅ Installed a 200-amp main disconnect, providing a centralized means of disconnecting power to the property

✅ Replaced the outdated interior subpanel with a new Eaton panel

✅ Installed the required equipment grounding conductor to the interior subpanel

✅ Updated circuit identification and labeling

✅ Improved the overall safety and reliability of the electrical system

⚡ Commercial Electrical Service Upgrade

Another project coming together for E. Registers Electrical.

This installation involved setting new service equipment and adapting the new raceway system to the existing underground conduits already in place. Working with existing conditions isn’t always straightforward, but careful layout and clean conduit work make all the difference.

The equipment and raceways are now set, and the next step is pulling conductors and completing the service.

A newly installed coffered ceiling completely changed the layout of this room, leaving the existing electrical fixtures noticeably off center.

We came in and reworked the layout to properly center the recessed lighting, ceiling fan, and in-ceiling speakers within the new ceiling design. While we were there, we also upgraded the ceiling fan to a more modern fixture and replaced several additional fans throughout the home.

Small details like proper spacing, alignment, and fixture placement can make a huge difference in the finished look of a space.

E. Register’s Electrical repaired some non working and mismatching florescent lighting for Assure Dental in Leland, NC. While we were making the repairs we upgraded to LED by bypassing the old ballast. This gives the lighting a longer life, a cleaner light, and an improvement on energy cost.
