We’re looking for experienced lawn care professionals!

We currently have two independent contractor opportunities available:

Have your own equipment and want to run a route?
Are you an individual or small lawn care company with your own reliable equipment looking to add more work without having to deal with customer communication, scheduling, invoicing, or finding the jobs?

We provide the established route and customers, you provide the equipment and complete the services. We handle the behind the scenes work so you can focus on getting the lawns done.

Prefer working alongside an established crew?
We’re also looking for an experienced lawn care professional interested in completing work with one of our established crews.

If you’re experienced with edging, w**d eating, and blowing and can keep up in a productive lawn care environment, we’d love to hear from you!

For both opportunities, we’re looking for someone who is:

• Reliable and dependable
• Experienced in lawn care
• Efficient without sacrificing quality
• Able to work outdoors in Florida conditions
• Professional and respectful of customers and their properties
• Interested in consistent work and a good working relationship

Interested? Send us or Branden Bernhardt a private message with your experience, availability, and which opportunity you’re interested in.

🇺🇸 LABOR DAY NOTICE 🇺🇸

In recognition of Labor Day, Bernhardt Lawn Care LLC will be CLOSED on Monday, September 7th.

Our crew works incredibly hard throughout the year, especially through the Florida heat and rainy season, and we believe they deserve the opportunity to enjoy a well-earned day off with their families. 😊

All regularly scheduled services will resume Tuesday, September 8th. Customers whose normal service schedule is affected by the holiday will be adjusted accordingly.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we give our team a day to rest, recharge, and enjoy the holiday.

From all of us at Bernhardt Lawn Care LLC, we hope you and your family have a safe & relaxing Labor Day! 🇺🇸

MORE THAN JUST LAWN CARE — IT’S HOW WE DO BUSINESS. 🌱

We get asked pretty often, “How are you guys able to keep up with everything?”

The truth is, there’s a lot that happens behind the scenes at Bernhardt Lawn Care to make sure our customers receive reliable, organized service.

From carefully planning our routes, keeping detailed notes for each property, communicating with our crew, notifying customers about upcoming visits, confirming when services are completed, and staying on top of billing — we’ve built a system designed to keep everyone on the same page.

One of the tools we use to help us accomplish that is Jobber.

Jobber gives our team one place to access the information we’ve organized for each customer and property. It helps us communicate the schedules and routes we create, gives our crew access to important property-specific notes, upload and review photos, allows them to mark services complete, and helps us send invoices and payment reminders efficiently.

But technology is only a tool. What makes the difference is how we use it.

We’ve put a lot of time and effort into creating processes that allow our small business to operate professionally while still providing the personal service you expect from a local company. 🖤

Because to us, lawn care isn't just about cutting grass... It’s about communication. Reliability. Organization. Accountability. And taking care of the people who trust us with their properties.

That’s the Bernhardt Lawn Care difference.

⭐️ 10/10 — AGAIN & AGAIN! ⭐️

We’ve been looking back through some of the feedback our customers have left us over the past several months, and we couldn’t help but share.

“Always do an awesome job.”

“I’ll be a customer for life.”

“Best landscapers in the area.”

“Very friendly & professional.”

“Reliable, priced fairly, and respectful of property.”

We take pride in being reliable, professional, fairly priced, and respectful of every property we service. Seeing one 10/10 after another lets us know we’re doing exactly what we set out to do. 🫡

A HUGE thank you to all of our customers who have trusted Bernhardt Lawn Care LLC with their properties and taken the time to leave us feedback.

We appreciate every single one of you! 💚

✨️ Customer Appreciation Post ✨️

We wanted to take a minute to recognize one of our awesome customers, Dean Gordon. 😊

Dean has gone out of his way time and time again to recommend Bernhardt Lawn Care to his friends and family, and that kind of support means the world to us. Small businesses grow because of people like Dean, and we truly can't thank him enough. 🙏

We often get asked why we don't regularly schedule lawn service on weekends.

The truth is, weekends are an important part of how we take care of our customers. 🌱

While we're not out mowing, we're busy maintaining equipment, sharpening blades, organizing trailers, and planning for the week ahead. Taking the time to keep everything in top shape helps us provide more reliable service and better results for the properties we care for.

For us, it's not about working seven days a week—it's about being prepared to give our customers the best service possible. 🙌
