PoolTechy 4.34 works where you are. It's live in both stores — here's everything that's new.

Sign in with no signal. A dead zone at the back of the yard doesn't stop the route anymore. Turn on offline login in Settings → Local Data Access and set a PIN. From then on you can sign in and work today's route with no connection, and everything you do syncs the moment you're back online. Offline access lasts up to 48 hours between connections.

Lock the app, not just the phone. The same PIN guards the customer data saved on your device. Tap Lock and it stays shut until the PIN opens it. Face ID, fingerprint or your phone's passcode can stand in for the PIN if you'd rather not type it.

Leads are easier to work. Edit a lead after it's saved, and move it along from a status menu right on the lead. Any active lead can become an Auto Pay customer, even one who only left a phone number. Gate codes and access notes stay put when you edit, the map sticks around after a status change and opens full screen, and pulling down refreshes it.

A local number for your AI Phone Line. New numbers are searched from your business address first, your ZIP and then your state, so a Florida pool company gets a Florida number.

Empty screens explain themselves. A list with nothing in it yet now tells you what it's for.

Steadier on a bad connection. When the server hiccups, the app retries on its own instead of leaving you on an error.

PoolTechy 4.31 is out, and your number now answers the phone.

The AI Phone Line is live. Get a local number in the app, forward your business line to it, and every call gets picked up. While you're elbow-deep in a filter. Between stops. At 9pm.

It answers as your business. It quotes the plans you publish on your PoolTechy profile, by pool type and ZIP, with the price and what it covers. Nothing you haven't published. Ask it something it can't answer and it says so, and tells the caller the team will ring them back.

Then it takes their name, confirms the address, and files a lead in your app with the caller's number on it. You get the push. The transcript is waiting when your hands are dry.

What the agent does.

Your public profile page — your services, your prices, your About Us, on one link — now holds a conversation. Someone lands there at nine at night, asks whether you do above-ground pools or what weekly service runs, and it answers.

It won't invent a price. It quotes only what you've published, with the conditions attached. Ask it something that isn't in your profile and it tells you it doesn't know instead of guessing. And if what someone wants matches a service you actually offer, it sends them a signup link at your price.

The whole conversation lands in your app under a new Prospects tab — every question they asked, whether or not they signed up.

It's on by default. If you'd rather it stayed quiet, there's a switch on your business profile under AI Assistant: "Answer questions on my profile page."

Your home screen is yours now.

Contractors, techs and pool owners each open to their own dashboard. Invoices filter down to what's actually due. Expense reports show revenue next to cost, so the bottom line is a bottom line.
