We specialize in decks/outdoor structures, kitchens, bathrooms and basement remodels. Welcome to SR Renovations LLC! We were founded in February 2014.

Our goal is to acquire, rehab and resell distressed properties in the Cincinnati and Dayton Ohio areas. We are always looking for investors to help expand our business. If you are interested in learning more about our investor program, please call or email and we'll be happy to discuss with you. If you know of a property in your area that looks abandoned, run down, overgrown, etc, please contact us and we'll take a look at it. If we purchase the property from your lead, we will provide a finders fee to you!

We have another beautiful basement finishing project taking shape! Drywall is probably the messiest part of any renovation and keeping your home clean is our priority. With this project, we hung plastic tarps to protect the unfinished area and HVAC system and laid heavy duty plastic sheeting on the floors to help with clean up after the drywall work is completed. It’s a couple hundred dollars in material to do this but that’s cheaper than the thousands of dollars it could be for the homeowner to have their home and HVAC system deep cleaned. When you’re looking to have work done on your home, make sure you’re getting a full service contractor that thinks about all the little things.
