Three bridge spans set in one day. Three days on site from start to finish. 🏗️

Our crew recently completed a three-span bridge installation in Clarksburg, Illinois, utilizing our 550-ton all-terrain crane.

With approximately 142,000 pounds lifted across three spans, the project came together over three days:

• Day 1: Mobilization and crane setup
• Day 2: All three bridge spans successfully set
• Day 3: Crane teardown and demobilization

From initial setup to the final pick, this project highlights the planning, precision, and teamwork required to get the job done safely and efficiently.

Our 140-ton Demag AC 130-5 was on site supporting the MetroLink MidAmerica Airport expansion, safely lifting this rail tamper into position.

A lot of planning goes into making a lift like this look routine.

We were proud to be part of setting the new bridge beams for Route 15 over I-57/64 in Mt. Vernon, IL, with our 550-ton crane working alongside multiple crawler cranes.

Every beam required a three-crane pick using multiple spreader bars and tri-link rigging to safely transfer the load from crane to crane.

Over the course of three nights, the bridge beams were set safely and on schedule thanks to the planning, coordination, and teamwork of everyone involved.

Great work by all the crews who helped make it happen.
