Another successful wildlife exclusion job!

We had a mama ringtail with babies living in an attic. We carefully installed a one-way door to allow the family to exit safely while sealing the other entry points around the home.

Once we confirmed mama and all the babies were out, we:

✅ Sealed all entry holes
✅ Monitored the property with cameras
✅ Confirmed the animals were completely out
✅ Removed the contaminated insulation/waste

We had a mama raccoon with babies living in an attic. We carefully used exclusion methods to encourage mama and her babies to leave on their own. By the first night, they were out!

The homeowner reported hearing noises in the subfloor and had previously contacted another company, which identified the issue as raccoons. However, upon further inspection, our team discovered that the problem was actually caused by ringtails. Although removing ringtails can be more complex than dealing with raccoons, we successfully relocated the mother ringtail and her babies. To prevent future issues, we replaced the plastic roof vents with screened metal ones, also sealed all the roof returns. homeowner has been provided with a two-year warranty on the animal proofing services.

We have identified the point of entry for the ringtails in the attic. The ringtails are gaining access to the area by traversing beneath the exterior kitchen patio and then proceeding through a hollow column until they reach the attic.
