The homeowner had water damage in two areas in their master bedroom. Due to penetrations in the roof, one of the two areas required a 1’ x 2’ section of sheetrock to be replaced. We then proceeded to re-tape and mud-finish both areas, sanding them as needed. An oil-based primer was used to block minor water stains and patched areas; the final finish coat of paint was applied soon after. Customer was very pleased, always a pleasure to assist with any drywall needs!

Customer had a plumbing leak, causing water damaged to ceiling. Sheetrock was cut out and replaced, taped, mud finished, sanded. Texture was restamped to match existing and painted to match existing ceiling.

Homeowner had penetrations in the roofing causing rain to seep into the guest bedroom. Sheetrock was removed and replaced in the heavily stained areas, as well remediated. Proceeded to tape, mud finish, sand repaired areas. Ceiling was primed and painted, guest bedroom was properly prepped prior to commencement to ensure a clean work area.
