🌱 Lawn treatments start at $65 for up to 7,000 sq. ft.
🌱 After that, it’s $7 per additional 1,000 sq. ft.
🌱 Aeration: $25 per 1,000 sq. ft.
🌱 Overseeding: $50 per 1,000 sq. ft.

So if you know roughly how big your lawn is, you can pretty quickly figure out what you’ll pay.

If you’re seeing brown spots in your lawn, don’t assume it just needs more water.

This is brown patch, a fungus that can show up in your turf. One of the things I look for when diagnosing it is the hourglass shape on the individual grass blades.

A lot of lawn problems can look similar from a distance, which is why I always want to figure out what’s actually going on before recommending a treatment. My job isn’t just to spray something and hope it works. I want to determine the issue, explain what’s happening, and make sure your lawn is getting the right treatment so you can see real results.
