Today was a fill in day. We just did a bunch of random stuff. We started off at the home of a wonderful return client where we assembled a storage box and mounted some shelving. Next up we are at the home of another awesome client. There we moved a ceiling light, changed out several bulbs that were very high up, resecured a can light that was falling from the ceiling, Hung several paintings, and fixed an emergency water shut off access panel. After that, we were at the home of another wonderful return client. There we fixed the grout in several places in their shower and cleaned out the old and reapplied color match silicone around their bench where there was mold. A few estimates,

🌧️ Storms, storms, go away,
I don't like when my body aches this way!
My knees are creaking, my back's a mess,
But Homefix Lawrence still says YES! 🔨
I've got decks to build and fences to mend,
And a honey-do list that just won't end!
The pressure drops, my joints all scream,
This wasn't part of the handyman dream! 😂
I've climbed the ladders, I've crawled through the dirt,
And Mother Nature's making my whole body hurt!
But rain or shine, there's work to do,
Homefix Lawrence is coming through! 💪🏠
So, storms, storms, go away,
Let this handyman have a pain-free day! 🤣🌤️

Terrific Tuesday! We spent the day at the home of the wonderful clients from yesterday. She showed up with munchers this morning. And the husband even offered to buy us lunch 😲. Today we finished installing the handrails on their deck. We also took out a giant window, modified the opening, and installed a sliding patio door to give them full access to their beautiful new deck! One of my workers went and assembled a heated cat shelter for a delightful new client. One of my other workers went to the home of a terrific new client. There he did some wood rot, repair, fence repair, and framed a door. One of my other crews went and did some siding and carpentry repairs for an awesome new client. One of my painters stained some decking and walkways that we recently repaired and replaced lots of things on. We just had to wait for the wood to dry out properly. He power washed the other day. .

🔨🏡 TUESDAY TIP! 🏡🔨

Check the caulking around your windows and doors!
As the seasons change, cracked or peeling caulk can let cold air and moisture sneak into your home. A quick inspection and a little fresh caulk can help prevent water damage, improve energy efficiency, and save you money down the road!
✅ Check for cracks or gaps.
✅ Look for peeling or missing caulk.
✅ Seal those problem areas before winter arrives!
A little maintenance today can prevent a BIG repair tomorrow! 💪

Magnificent Monday! We spent the day at the home of an awesome new client. There we built them a new deck. 24x12. Will be back tomorrow. Install the handrails and a sliding patio door where there is currently a big window. What a beautiful transformation!! She had us leave extended pieces off the edge of the deck in a few spots so that she could put flower pots. I rounded them to match the contour of her flower pots. A neat extra feature!

Marvelous Monday!
New week. New opportunities. New chances to become the person you know you're capable of being.
Don't let yesterday's struggles steal today's potential. Get up with purpose, walk with confidence, and tackle this week with a mindset that refuses to quit. Remember, you don't have to have everything figured out — you just have to be willing to take that next step.
Your attitude sets the tone. Your effort determines the outcome. Your consistency builds your future. 💯
Make this week count, spread some kindness, chase those goals, and give life everything you've got!
Wishing everyone a MOTIVATED, BLESSED, AND MARVELOUS MONDAY! 🙌☀️
