The hot water heater replacement was successful I did not bother filming it it literally looks just like the one that's there except new.

Second part of the floor replacement so you can now see how it came out . Originally the beam was 8 by 6 by 12 ft.
Replace it with pressure treated lumber 3/4-in plywood two layers flew together with liquid nail and screwed together. Thin reinstalled the lock together flooring this is all the customer wanted.
Next time in carpentry world !

Simple job of replacing with treated lumber whare the seal was and plywood liquid nails screws put flooring back and finished

This is a fairly simple repair something that most everyone needs to check to make sure you don't have this problem,
A lot of times you can repair this yourselves not in this case I had to cut the rusted nuts that were holding the tank on to the lower toilet assembly off. Then cut the bolts off the tank as well.

My hot water heaters go bad, they can do a lot of damage so remember you check your hot water heater periodically Make sure it's not rusty and has a pan under it that has the dream going outside to prevent what you see next time in Carpenter world!
