We finally finished some of our 1911 Teardrop Damascus triggers. I think they turned out amazing that pattern always sells out quick. Starting to make some double stack triggers as well. Those have a thread on trigger bow the 1911 is welded on.

More progress on a New Damascus Double stack guns. This is our 5" Eliminator Pro Ported 9mm. The Damascus was done with an heavy etching to show the grain more. The finishing reminds me of woodgrain when you look at it up close. Working on 3 more sample guns 2 Commander and 1 Pro carry.

That is a nice set of Damascus parts. I decided to redo the etch so the finish is consistent across all components, as getting this right has been the biggest challenge.

I have a new matte clear Cerakote finish arriving soon that I want to use to seal the metal. We are also using a protector called Gator Skin, which is a nanoparticle treatment designed to prevent rust, especially since the material is all carbon steel. We have 3 other guns started I can't wait to get them all finished.

Finally had time for Damascus front sight to go with the optic plate we made. The tall front with plate is set up as absolute co witness for any optic with an RMR foot print. The pattern turned out amazing. Only one part to do and she'll be done.

Working on another Damascus build with a black on black finish on the frame. This one is also deep etched really shows the grain in the metal. It reminds me of an old pirate ship. I'm going to do all the other parts in hi polish black pvd finish. Experimenting with the different acids and the finishing the Damascus constantly has been more of a challenge that I expected.

Damascus optic plate for RMR is coming along well. A few minor adjustments in programming but happy with tool try. I had to do a quick etching just to see those amazing grains. Still working out the methods for etching and sealing of the metal. Next parts will be the front sight and maybe a magwell.

Back on another Damascus part. This is an optic plate for mounting RMR size red dot on a slide. I have 2 government 9mm that they are going on. Should be done in a week. I can't wait for the acids to really show off this beautiful part.

I am excited to share an update on the new Damascus builds we are working on. The material is absolutely gorgeous truly one of one. We just made a few new patterns in the steal. I can wait to see it finished. We are in the process of adding even more Damascus components like grip safety and slide catch.

On the build pictured, I am adding a Damascus front sight, optic mount, and magwell. We are also developing several finishing options, including various PVD techniques. The black on black finish will be amazing.

We plan to offer these builds in 5", 4.25", and 3.5" lengths, chambered in either 9mm or .45 ACP. If you're looking for a one of one custom Double stack please let me know.

Stainless 1911 frames are back in stock. We have two fram options smooth grip and checked grip with 25 LPI. Barrel seat options are GI and Para ramped. These two frames are by far our top sellers. Don't wait too long.
