🏡 WOULD YOU STILL BUY THIS $1.1 MILLION HOME?! 😳

We’re just TWO WEEKS away from closing on our brand new home in Southwest Las Vegas, and THIS happened!

The builder discovered a sagging sewer line beneath the foundation. What started as a repair in the dining room turned into cutting through the concrete slab, down the hallway, through a guest bedroom, and all the way to the Jack and Jill bathroom! 😳

The builder is taking responsibility and repairing everything, including replacing the flooring.

BUT HERE’S OUR CONCERN…

Could this affect our home’s future value? What if we have sewer or foundation problems years from now?
