Construction paused while we wait on approvals and long lead items.

Plumbing penetrations are done, but without updated plans and approved submittals, inspections can’t move forward. The next few weeks are all about coordination, patience, and paperwork.

On Friday, we had the chance to visit Cigarroa High School, where—with the help of some great friends—we raised funds to support their robotics team as they head to their world championship competition.

A huge thank you to Cesar Hernandez from MileOne, who helped make this connection happen. It was also a pleasure meeting Mr. & Mrs. De Hoyos and the incredible students behind the program. Seeing their passion and craft in action was truly inspiring.

Moments like this remind us that all the hard work is worth it when you get to give back to amazing people and dedicated teams like theirs! 🙌

Strong foundations for lasting results! At Alta-Mira, we built a concrete retaining wall to level out the property, starting at 6 feet with a CMU fence on top and reaching up to 19 feet tall. With a footing extending 6 feet down and 5 feet to the sides, this structure is built for strength and stability.

A big thank you to civil engineer Gilbert Guerra from Rio Delta Engineering for assisting with the design and permitting!
