Small projects rarely stay small forever.

This one started as what appeared to just be some trim affected.

Turned into ripping out part of the wall. Refraining the door. Putting it all back better than it was.
More on that later.....

Putting together the schedule for the next few weeks now and trying to stay ahead of the busy season.

Smaller move in we knocked out Sunday. I estimated at least 3 hours. 20ft box truck. Packed... Possible rain. Everything got unloaded and placed where it went in under 2 hours. The whole family coordinated a seamless move in with me and my team.

Not every job is glamorous 😅

A lot of home repair is crawling under houses, fixing somebody else’s shortcut, and solving weird problems homeowners didn’t cause.
