Things to Check Around Your Home This Fall-

Fall is officially here—even if the temperatures don’t quite feel like it yet!

Before the leaves really begin falling, take a few minutes to check around your home:

• Are the gutters and downspouts flowing properly?

• Are any branches touching the roof or siding?

• Is exterior caulk beginning to crack or pull away?

• Can you see daylight around any exterior doors?

• Are there small repairs you’ve been putting off since summer?

Catching a small issue early can often prevent a much more expensive repair later.

Asked to come replace old brickmould with new PVC. Noticed some other issues but I was asked just to replace brickmould. I'll be back to replace the threshold support and fill the large gap with some Backer rod.

Helped with a small move for elevation church Rock hill on Sunday. They were celebrating their 15 year anniversary. I helped move some things to a local middle school for renovations.
