PROJECT N. CHERRY | Complete Home Rehab
This wasn’t a cosmetic renovation. This home was completely reworked from top to bottom.
Nearly every part of the house was addressed — new drywall, insulation, flooring, lighting, doors, paint, trim, baseboard and casing, along with significant changes to the layout and overall use of the space.
Because this is a smaller home, one of the biggest priorities was making every square foot count. Working with the homeowners, we restructured portions of the house and created a layout that gave them considerably more function without wasting space.
The renovation included a completely new kitchen, a new full bathroom on the first floor, a dedicated laundry area, and a new primary bathroom connected to a walk-in closet. Existing rooms were reconfigured and updated throughout to make the home feel larger, brighter and more cohesive.
We also opened up the staircase and designed and built the railing system specifically for this home — a detail we liked enough that it went on to inspire elements in some other projects.
From framing and insulation behind the walls to the cabinetry, tile, flooring and finish carpentry you see when you walk through the door, our team handled the details throughout the entire home.
The result is a house that looks completely different, but more importantly, works completely differently for the homeowners.
