From studs to stunning.

This bathroom shows how the right tile can change everything. We took it down to the bones - exposed framing, raw insulation, bare subfloor - and built something worth every single step of the process.

The star of the show? The hand-placed scallop tile feature wall in a custom ombre blend of white, taupe, and black. Paired with brushed gold fixtures, a wavy frameless mirror, and warm pendant lighting, this space went from construction zone to spa-level sanctuary.

The process is messy. But the result is everything.

Introducing the primary suite in our Japandi Farmhouse custom home build. This space was designed around texture, warmth, and natural light from the limewash walls and wood ceilings to the soft layered neutrals and quiet sitting area overlooking the property.

Our Japandi Farmhouse custom home build in Spicewood, TX was built to function year-round, with intentional zones that make the entire backyard feel like an extension of the home.
