8 ft x 20 ft deck incoming. Footings were set and main deck was framed today. Taking a day off tomorrow to celebrate my first wedding anniversary with my beautiful and intelligent wife. Back at it on Monday.

A little before, during, and after.

This commercial property experienced a water main break that caused significant flooding throughout the business. Our team removed the old, water-damaged and deteriorated timbers and replaced them with properly installed metal framing to restore the structure.

We then replaced the damaged insulation and installed new drywall. To achieve a seamless finish, we applied four coats of joint compound, carefully blended the repair into the existing wall, and prepared the surface for a clean, professional finish.

Another repair completed with attention to detail, quality workmanship, and respect for the customer’s property.

Framing in 125’ of a flood cut wall in a warehouse. Next step is electrical. Then on to insulation and finishing! I forgot to take a picture of the rotted wood framing. I’ll get better at that for the before and after photos.

Here is the video of the after. Enjoy! Don’t forget to reach out.

Here are the before pictures of a failing fence gate. Video coming shortly showing the after. Reach out for an estimate on having your fence gate or posts removed and re-set. My gate was not able to close properly. In one day I was able to remove and reinstall. Watch the video for full details.

Job for the day was to frame 45 feet of soffit. The homeowner was awesome. They commented on how sharp and straight the lines are. That is one of the many benefits of using metal instead of wood for soffits.

If you have a project you’d like completed reach out through messenger and leave a phone number. I’ll call you as soon as possible.

Well that does it! The deck is all wrapped up and ready for the weekend. What you can’t see is all of the under lighting that was installed. This place is going to glow at night! The customer is extremely excited to have all of their friends and family over this weekend. Around 300 people will be here enjoying the space.

We’re so close to the finish line with this 2000sqft deck out in Chaska. I can’t wait to post the finished product.
