This holiday season, Adirondack Creative Construction had the joy of donating our time, labor, and sharing our connections to help bring the Kringle Kottage to life in Lake George. 🎄❤️

This special space was created with sensory-friendly features so children of all abilities can enjoy a calm, magical visit with Santa. Being part of a project that supports inclusion, joy, and the true spirit of the season means the world to us.

Huge thank-you to the local partners and volunteers who made this possible, and to the Lake George community for embracing the vision.

Throwback of a house build Mike and I spent countless hours on. Love looking back at it. A build that was enjoyed start to finish. Luckily we still get to visit it every week on our property management runs. Check out the photos to see the boat house we constructed too!

Custom white cedar log railings completed for a new client. All cedar logs and branches hand selected, stripped, customized for each set of stairs and finished off with exterior satin polyurethane. We are the go to team for all your high end specialty work on the lake. Anything from custom cedar railings to your dream boathouse or house build.

Everything in the space was completely redone:
✅Removed all low ceilings to really open up the space and create a loft area with custom built swinging beds!
✅New fireplace insert completed by Lake George Fireplace Company and all stone work completed by Mountaintop Masonry.
✅The crew opened up ceilings and installed pine v groove ceiling throughout space and made custom wrapped collar ties.
✅All new Pella windows to maximize lake view including new custom windows on each gable end.
✅Custom built ladder that was made to pull out as needed for going up into new loft area.
✅Loft area was completed with pine walls and ceilings, swinging rope hung beds, custom stainless steel cable railings and Douglas Fir posts.
✅All new Douglas Fir flooring laid in new loft area and then flooring in main living space refinished.
✅All walls in space redone with butterfly pine boards.
✅New cooling and heating units installed.
✅Crew also installed a brand new kitchen and finished it off with brand new counters and backsplash.

We knocked this one out of the park and clients loved the transformation of space, and it’s easy to see why! 🤩 All this done and so much more.
