Another one wrapped up! 👊

We took this project from open framing to finished walls — drywall hung, finished, primed, and painted — all in just 5 days so the homeowners could get their house back and start enjoying the space again.

A lot of long days went into this one, but I’m really happy with how everything came together. A couple of the final photos were taken while the paint was still drying, but the finished product turned out great!

This condo suffered significant fire damage, requiring approximately 60% of the drywall to be replaced. I handled the drywall installation, finishing, sanding, priming, and final painting, taking it from fire-damaged to move-in ready.

Our customer’s original shed doors had started to rot, so instead of replacing the entire shed, we custom built brand-new doors, paint matched them to the existing shed, and installed new heavy-duty hardware for a clean, long-lasting finish.

Another maintenance-free upgrade complete!

We replaced the old wood trim around this garage door with PVC trim and gave everything a fresh coat of paint. No more rotting wood, and it gives the whole front of the home a clean, updated look.

This customer had a design in mind and wanted to handle the painting themselves, so we focused on bringing their vision to life. We custom built a dual laundry basket holder with butcher block top from scratch, installed cabinets with hanging space below, and added custom shelving to maximize this small laundry room space.

While working on finishing a basement for an elderly couple yesterday, I noticed they had received a notice about their lawn. I came back today with my mowing equipment and took care of it for them.
