These "Disney-owned" properties at Bay Court, just outside of Magic Kingdom, are quite interesting. However, they are definitely not similar to the "Golden Oak" style homes on Disney property. A similar set of homes exists on Royal Oak Ct. in Lake Buena Vista.

The Lake Buena Vista and Bay Lake “Disney homes” serve primarily as a residential area for Disney and Reedy Creek Improvement District (now CFTOD) executives and other select employees 🏠
