Real Estate is considered an Essential Business, including Inspections. Extra Mile Inspection will continue to offer home inspections and radon tests during the “Stay at Home” Executive Order. Here are some actions we are taking in our inspections and radon tests:

-Inspectors are observing the social distancing parameters when in houses.

-We are sanitizing before and after inspections

-we are limiting attendance at the inspections to the buyer(s) and realtor. If possible, attendees can remain in their cars while the inspection is being conducted.
