Had nightmares on this one. A voice in my head kept saying “fabiansito I hear water running” this slab leak was driving me crazy with water lines running over head thinking they weren’t on a slab but finding out he did have manifolds so the one thing we’re good at is breaking the wall open. Thankfully we found three manifolds and cancelled the 3/4 line leaking in the ground. The best part was we got to run the 3/4 line in pex overhead and shoved a 1/2 pex line through the existing copper line feeding the island. Thank you and for your patience on letting us fix the problem and patch the walls 🥲🙏🏻

4” sewer line inspection started with main line continuously backing up. Went on to inspect the through a man made cleanout where they just punctured the cast iron and made a cement box and slapped a piece of abs pipe so that they can have access for snaking the line. Turns out I ran my camera to inspect and found multiple root intrusions starting from underneath the raised foundation to approximately 65” run towards the back of the alley. Sewer was then exposed and replaced with sch 40 abs pipe. Let me tell you this one was a pain in the rear but we got it done 😮‍💨🔧 🪏🧰🔨

Customer called saying her tub filler faucet aka wide spread faucet wouldn’t stop dripping. Unfortunately had to replace the whole faucet which led to the cutting of the stucco on exterior side of second floor. Once taken apart found out that this was man made for the whirlpool bath. New kohler faucet was installed and client was happy 😁

This was a nice install. The more I come across tankless water installs the more I try to push them when people ask question about them. This one in particular is a 240 Navien commercial/residential unit. Removed the 50 gallon that kept turning off on them during business hours and chose to replace it with a tankless water heater. A lot of rearranging and strapping of water lines was done to secure the unit. Condensation line was hooked up to an existing drain line with a neutralizer to cure the acidic release from the unit. Thank you to for trusting me on this project/install 🙏🏻

This one was wild. These smart toilets come with all the above from massaging the cheeks, heating the seat, heating the bidet water and yes it’s a bidet as well, automatic sensor and lastly a dryer. Zero toilet paper needed 😏🔥

Cool little miscellaneous work for this restaurant in east la. Started by getting rid of all galvanized venting inside the wall and adding all new abs up to the roof. Moved the urinal next bay over. Putting the hot water line inside the wall. Copper lines will feed a new wall mount faucet for the mop sink. Concrete slab was broken to add drain for mop sink. Water line for slow valve was also moved over a bay to match urinal location.

Kitchen are slab foundation was broken to install floor sink and removed rotted out cast iron drain and replaced with abs pipe with proper slope. Also ice machine water line was added.

Water main upgrade from the city meter to the home main shut off. Removed all galvanized pipe and upgraded to pex/copper in 1” for the proper volume to the home. The home main shut off has a pressure regulator to regulate pressure from city going into home to prevent and water burrs on water lines or appliances.
