Our Last Employee Spotlight: Victor – Owner & Operator
Victor is the driving force behind the entire operation. As owner and operator, he wears just about every hat and does it all with a level of dedication that sets the tone for the whole company.
If you call Victor, he’s going to answer. He’s known for being responsive, respectful, and genuinely invested in every customer he works with. He takes the time to listen, communicate clearly, and make sure each job is done right from start to finish.
Behind the scenes, Victor is constantly working—quoting jobs, planning projects, coordinating crews and dump trucks, and keeping everything running smoothly. And when it’s time to be on-site, he’s right there putting in the work alongside everyone else. Early mornings and late nights are just part of his routine.
What truly sets Victor apart is his passion for excavating. It’s more than a business to him—it’s something he genuinely loves. He first explored excavating as he was helping on the family farm in 2017. During his senior year of high school he bought his first excavator and Treska Bros. Excavating was born. That passion continues to show in the quality of work, the relationships he builds, and the pride he has day in and day out.
Hardworking, dependable, and all-in every single day, Victor is the backbone of the company and the reason it continues to grow and succeed. As his wife, getting to watch him build this company from the ground up has been something I will always be so proud of.
