Friday nights. Broken springs. Hanging cables. Doors coming apart. Panels damaged. Schedules packed to the brim.

These are the moments that truly show what a team is made of.

Last night our guys hit some pretty intense calls toward the end of the evening, and instead of tapping out and pushing customers off until another day, Mr. Toby, Mr. Paul, and Mr. Robert contacted dispatch and made the decision to work together to knock out the final jobs safely and correctly as a team. That kind of loyalty, communication, and dedication is rare nowadays.

One customer had a broken spring on a Friday evening and was safely secured and repaired before bedtime. Another customer mentioned how communicative and quick the team was from start to finish. Those reviews mean everything to a small local family business like ours because they showcase the people behind the company, not just the repair itself.

At Primos Garage Doors, it is never just about garage doors. It is about showing up for people, helping each other out, working together under pressure, and making sure customers feel taken care of even at the end of a long night.
