A QUICK NOTE FROM ACCENT PAINTING & REFINISHING
We woke up to something a little discouraging as small-business owners.
Our page received a negative review describing work that we cannot identify as a project completed by our company. After checking our customer and project records, we have been unable to locate this individual as a customer or find a project matching the circumstances described.
Unfortunately, that single review immediately changed our recommendation rating from 100% to 92%.
We absolutely believe customers have the right to share their experiences—good OR bad. If we miss the mark, we want to know about it, make it right when we can, and learn from it. That's part of owning a business.
But reviews also matter tremendously to small, locally owned businesses like ours, which is why it's important that they come from genuine customer experiences.
We've reported the review to Facebook and have publicly invited the reviewer to provide us with any project, estimate or invoice information that would allow us to identify the work they're referring to.
In the meantime, we're going to keep doing what we've always done: showing our work, standing behind it, communicating with our customers, and letting the homes we've had the privilege of transforming speak for themselves.
And to every customer who has trusted Accent Painting & Refinishing with your home and taken the time to recommend us—thank you. Your support means more to a small family business than you probably realize.
