Boutique Event & Sales Specialist (Part-Time)

Precious Beauties & Gents Boutique is looking for a reliable, energetic, and outgoing team member to join our growing boutique family. This position is ideal for someone who loves fashion, community events, and being part of a fast-paced, small business environment.

This is a very part-time position primarily based in our Tipton location, with occasional shifts in Kokomo.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work most Saturdays in our Tipton boutique, occasionally Kokomo
• Represent PB&G at Third Sunday Social events (Kokomo)
• Assist with Side Street Nights (2nd Thursdays) and other Tipton community events
• Help at festival pop-ups and traveling boutique events
• Provide store coverage when the owner or team is away at events
• Set up and tear down event displays, racks, and signage
• Engage customers, style outfits, and drive sales
• Assist with social media content during events (photos, stories, lives)

What We’re Looking For:

• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable speaking with customers and promoting the brand
• Able to lift clothing racks, boxes, and help with event setup
• Available for weekend events and flexible scheduling
• Passionate about fashion and supporting small business
• Social media confidence is a plus
• Previous retail/clothing experience
• Available to sork both locations In Tipton and Kokomo

This Role Is Perfect For Someone Who:

• Loves community events and being “in the action”
• Wants boutique experience without a full-time commitment
• Enjoys variety — no two weekends are the same
• Wants to grow with a locally owned business
