Hereā€™s an install we just wrapped up for a homeowner with an absolutely killer detached garage setup! The kind of place where projects get started, tools disappear into another dimension, and the doggos oversee day to day operations. To keep the space comfortable through Tennessee heat, humidity, and whatever other atmospheric crimes summer throws at us, we installed an 18k BTU Mitsubishi mini-split. Quiet, efficient, and ready to battle the elements year-round without breaking a sweat.

We tackled this one alongside Brandon Smith Electrical Services. Brandon is sharp, dependable, and does the kind of clean electrical work that restores your faith in humanity. If you need electrical work done, give the man a call.
