Grateful is an understatement!
We’re beyond blessed to have been chosen for this major community-wide project. This neighborhood reached out to us after experiencing ongoing gutter issues across multiple homes.
After completing a full inspection, we discovered several installation problems that were causing long-term damage and drainage failures — including improper slope, poorly placed seams in the middle of long runs, and overall workmanship that simply didn’t meet the standard these homeowners deserved.
After months of meetings with the HOA and conversations with community members, a decision was made to fix the problem the right way.
We’re officially starting Phase 1 of a full gutter replacement project:
➡️ 6,500 feet out of 13,000 total feet of gutters across the community!
This is a big undertaking, and we’re honored to be trusted with protecting these homes from water damage for years to come. Projects like this are built on communication, quality work, and doing things the right way — even when no one is watching.
