Looking for an experienced mowing crew leader.
Ideal applicants should have a minimum of 3 years experience working on a commercial mowing crew and at least 1 year as crew leader and be in good physical shape.
Must be able to prioritize and complete daily tasks in accordance with the company standard operating procedures.
Must have the desire to develop the necessary skills to grow within the company.
Must be proficient in using walk behind mowers, push mowers, weedeaters and backpack blowers. Supervise and train crew members to ensure proper operation and general mechanical knowledge of all mowing equipment and be able to do minor repairs and basic maintenance.
Must have basic knowledge of total property maintenance.
Must have a valid driver's license and pass a drug screen.
