**Pipe Layers/Laborers**
We are a mid-sized Commercial/Residential community civil grading/utility contractor looking to add to our employee family. All work is within 50 miles of Knoxville. The ideal candidate will be energetic and willing to help with utility installation and eager to learn to operate heavy equipment. Must have reliable transportation and be dependable.
40-50 Hour work week with overtime pay.
Pay Depending on Experience. Paid Holidays, Dental, Eye, and Life insurance after 90 Days. 1 week paid vacation after one year.

Job description:

Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic.

Must have at least 3 years experience in heavy machinery repair.

Must have Class A or B CDL for provided service truck.

Primarily, Komatsu, CAT, and Kubota equipment.

Located in Seymour - + 40 mile radius. No out of town or overnight work.

Must be neat and well organized. Computer experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Pay depending on experience.

Vision, Dental, and Life insurance provided - Paid holidays and vacation.

**Heavy Equipment Operators**
We are a mid-sized Commercial/Residential community civil grading/utility contractor looking to add to our employee family. The candidate must be proficient with a mid-sized dozer and excavator. GPS experience is a plus. All Equipment is less than 5 years old and GPS equipped.
All work is within 50 miles of Knoxville. No out of town travel. Pay range is $20-$30/Hour based on experience. Paid Holidays, Dental, Eye, and Life insurance after 90 Days. 1 Week paid vacation after one year.
40-50 Hour work week with overtime pay.

We would like to thank the Sevier County Sheriffs office for swift work finding our backhoe that was stolen Thursday night. Officer Huskey took the report around 10am Friday morning and had found the machine himself by 1:00 the same day. You have a good one there Sheriff Hodges!
