Never Forget — September 11, 2001

Twenty-five years ago this morning, an ordinary Tuesday turned into a day none of us will ever forget. Nearly 3,000 lives lost. Hundreds of firefighters, police officers, and first responders who went up the stairs while everyone else came down.

We remember the lives lost. We remember the heroes. We remember the brave. And we remember what it looked like when this country stood united.

"Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends." — John 15:13

Today the 41 Homes family pauses to remember and to pray — for the families still carrying that loss, and for the men and women who still put on the uniform every day.

We remember. We pray. We trust. God is still in control. 🇺🇸

Happy 250th Birthday, America! 🇺🇸

Took this one a couple weeks ago on the National Mall — the Capitol, the Washington Monument, and Old Glory flying high. A fitting reminder of what we’re celebrating today.

250 years of freedom, faith, family, and the belief that hard work and honest hands can build something that lasts. From the founders to the framers, the farmers to the tradesmen — this country was built by people who showed up and did the work.

We’re proud to be a small part of that legacy — building homes right here in East Tennessee.

“For you were called to freedom, brothers. Only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.”

Week in Review | Red Sky Drive, Sevierville 🔨

This one’s a special one. Our clients made a call early on that’s paying off in a big way — they upgraded from LVP to TILE FLOORING THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE HOME. Yes, the whole house. 🙌

It takes serious skill to lay wood-look tile across an entire custom build, and Josh and the crew are knocking it out of the park. The grain matching, the leveling clips, the planning behind every plank — this is what craftsmanship looks like in real time.

Meanwhile, the kitchen and bath cabinets are getting set in place. Black KraftMaid shaker cabinets against the green shiplap accent walls… we can’t wait for you to see it come together.

We took this dated kitchen down to the studs and rebuilt it into the heart of the home. The standout features:

This master bath went from dated and dim to a bright, spa-like retreat. We swapped the old sliding-glass shower and oval mirrors for a custom marble-tiled walk-in shower with a frameless glass door, built-in niche, matte black fixtures, and updated double vanities throughout.

This was Part 1 of a full remodel for a wonderful family on Asa Drive — the kitchen reveal is coming next week. 👀

Another great week on Red Sky Drive in Sevierville! 🛠️

The transformation is real — tile showers are going in (how about that marble-look porcelain with the black hex floor?) and the shiplap is starting to bring the inside to life.
