On this Extensive Kitchen Remodel we Opened Up a Dividing Wall to Flow into an Existing Office to Double the Size of the Kitchen. We also Removed a separate section of existing wall to Further Open up the Kitchen to the Living Room. Finally, we removed the existing Pantry and Old Office Closet to Complete the Transformation of the space. All New Sage green Cabinets, and Beautiful Stone Countertops. All New Appliances, Sink, Faucet and re-routed plumbing. All new recessed LED lighting and New Paint. Scroll through to see the Before and After.

Two additions for this home, one on the back and one on the side. We opened up the living room and kitchen area, as well as the upstairs to create a loft. We added two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and renovated 2 more bathrooms. One bedroom was turned into a study, and another into a walk in closet. An existing bonus room was converted into a mudroom/laundry area, pantry, bedroom, and walk-in closet. Ground work was completed to extend the drain field. New plumbing, electric and hvac was completed. A new patio and screened in porch were also added.

Bathroom Renovation. New Vanity, Faucet, Toilet, Lights, Fixtures, and Everything else down to the Mirror. We had to relocate the Plumbing and HVAC on this one to accommodate a brand new floor to ceiling tile shower, and brand new glass shower door. Gotta love clients with good taste.
