Upgraded, rewired, but still not retired. We didn't know what to expect rewiring this home built in the late 30's. Long story short, it was hard. Bringing older homes up to code is not impossible, just unpredictable at times. Call us for an upgrade, or to add on we aren't picky. God bless!!

Yall see anything wrong with the first 2 pictures? If I had a nickel for every FPE we've replaced, I would be pushing 2 dollars by now. Fire hazard on the staircase.. gotta love it.

Quick safety win for every homeowner: Test your GFCI outlets monthly!
Those special outlets in bathrooms, kitchens, garages, ETC are designed to shut off power in a split second if they detect a ground fault – preventing shocks around water.
Just press the "TEST" button (it should pop the "RESET" out), then push "RESET" to restore power. If it doesn't trip or reset properly, it's time to replace it!
