Building a house you can call home! Adam and Jayla Collins are a POWER HOUSE husband and wife Real Estate Team that truly can cover all your real estate needs.

Jayla had graduated from Dalton State Collage as a Surgical Technologist and Adam owned a small trucking business when they met. In 2005 they decided to move to Tennessee and married in the Great Smokey Mountains. After moving to Knoxville, they started managing rental properties and flipping houses. Jayla started living out her passion for decorating and staging homes. The couple successfully ran this business for a few years, and then decided to expand their business services by acquiring a Real Estate license. The duo has been unstoppable ever since! Their love and passion for Real Estate is continually growing. Their willingness to offer clients every possible opportunity has led Adam to acquire his General Contractor license. He has started his own business, Collins & Co. Builders. So when we say they cover all your Real Estate Needs, we mean it! Adam and Jayla have become two of the most highly trusted agents in Knoxville and surrounding counties. Their success is due to high standards, trusted character, experience and maintaining closing and caring relationships with new and past clients. Most of their business comes from referrals, and that speaks volumes in today’s market. Adam and Jayla make sure their clients get the best service by always using the latest knowledge and technology without forgetting that personal communication is the most important thing to create a great relationship between you and your clients’ needs. Whatever real estate needs you may have; they are true advocates that have your best interests at heart. Whether you are buying, selling, or building you can trust that Adam and Jayla will use their years of experience and expertise to make sure you have peace of mind.

Interior Design Winter Refresh
Looking to give your home a fresh, inviting feel this winter? Here are some simple interior design tips to warm up your space: Embrace Winter Whites – Layering shades of white, cream, and soft grays brings a clean, classic look. Try adding a white throw or light-colored pillows for a crisp, cozy vibe. Add Texture – Knitted blankets, faux fur accents, and woven baskets add warmth and depth, making any room feel inviting. Switch Up Lighting – Opt for warm, soft lighting to create that perfect glow for chilly evenings. Think floor lamps, candles, and dimmable fixtures. Refresh your space to make winter feel like the coziest time of year! ❄️🏡
