The first big heat of summer is here.

We know not everyone has air conditioning, and that's okay. No matter how you stay cool, here are a few things to watch for:

⚠️ Signs your body is getting too hot:
🥵 Dizziness
💧 Dehydration
🤕 Headaches
😴 Fatigue

⚠️ Signs your AC may need attention:
❄️ Warm air
💨 Weak airflow
📈 Higher indoor temperatures

Story time from the office gal… 😂

I thought it would be fun to see what a day in the life of an HVAC tech looked like. You know…ride around, hand the Cool Guy tools, maybe look important and call myself a helper.

By call #3, I was questioning my life choices.

The Cool Guy was over there acting like 100° weather was just a mild inconvenience while I was melting faster than an ice cream cone in July.

Tomorrow I'll happily go back to answering phones in the air conditioning and leave the superhero stuff to him.
