Over the railroad, and through the woods, to Ormond Crossings we go. 🚧

Work is taking shape on the new alignment of Tymber Creek Road in Ormond Beach. Pile installation and MSE wall construction are underway as our crews continue building the new bridge that will carry the roadway directly over the Florida East Coast Railway corridor.

8 months ahead of schedule and fully open to traffic.

A major milestone on the Simpson Road Widening and Improvements Project: all northbound and southbound lanes from Fortune Road to Myers Road are now open, bringing the entire 7+ mile corridor to full capacity.

Our team remained focused on opening this final 3-mile section ahead of the start of the school year, giving commuters full use of the improved corridor months ahead of schedule.

While work continues throughout the project, reaching full capacity marks an important step forward and reflects the planning, coordination, and commitment of everyone involved.
