We are working on a conceptual/feasibility study including a home designed for a seller who is planning to sell an inherited estate property that has great potential w/ a new home. To help buyers visualize a potential home we do a complete feasibility study then design a home that meets code & typical market needs for the lot. This is still at a draft stage we will share some of the final product.

We are working on a new w**ery in Chelan WA. There is an existing vineyard that produces several varietals at the 3 Ducks W**e Estate. We are working to create a w**e production facility, a tasting room, two 10 bedroom guest houses, an owners residence, an AirBNB RV section with Airstream Trailers and an amphitheatre. Here are the preliminary renderings for a new spec house I have design in Bellevue near Bellevue College. This home includes an upper floor ADU that is accessed via a rear stair which keeps the unit entirely separate from the primary residence

Check out one of the homes in a 2 house purchase my client is making on a lake Sammamish waterfront property. We will be fully remodeling and expanding both homes as well as adding a DADU/ garage structure.

This structure is one of the craziest shacks I’ve ever seen. The framing is vertical logs with horizontal branches & the off-market price tag would shock you!!!

I will post more before pics and the then the after in a couple years
