Update on the Pine Knoll House!!

Since cabinets were installed, the finish flooring is almost complete, the countertops have been installed, and the tile in the bathrooms is nearly complete! Hoping to have this wrapped up in a couple of weeks! If you know of anyone looking for a home in the Falling Creek area, let us know!

Cabinets look sharp at the Pine Knoll house. Thanks JAWs Cabinet Install! This home will hopefully be ready to go on the market in about 2 weeks!

New roof going on the Pine Knoll drive home today and landscaping is almost finished up!

Next will be starting on the inside.

Normally, I would wait to do the Landscaping last, but since we’re in the perfect time of the year to go ahead and seed and straw to get the grass growing, we wanted to jump on this first thing!

A huge thanks to Riley’s Landscaping and Wayne Sanchez Roofing for the outside of the home shaped up!

It’s more photos to come when they are complete!

Faith and her team did a construction/deep clean at a house for us in Havelock. Did a great job! A couple of items got missed the first time out, but Faith was prompt to respond and had everything taken care of almost immediately after the first visit. Would highly recommend and would use again!

Take a look at this renovated home that we just finished for our client and Havelock! This one got New flooring, paint, lights, new electric panel, some additional lighting circuits for recessed lighting, doors, granite countertops and more!

Progress on a renovation project for our client in Havelock! We are a few short weeks from completion! Window repairs are done, painting is almost complete,new doors and hardware, renovated kitchen cabinets, new lighting in the hallway, living room, kitchen, and primary bedroom, granite counters, and and new flooring in progress! Waiting on a new window, landscaping and final punch list items! What do you think?

Just got our first building permit in Havelock! City of Havelock was great to work with. Home renovation loading... first thing next week will be an electric panel upgrade!
