Y'all know I love building upon holistic health so when I finally sat down to build a tea blend I wanted it to actually do something — not just taste pretty in a cup.

Meet Moringa Berry. Moringa and nettle leaf for the mineral punch, hibiscus and blueberry for antioxidants and a little tartness, chamomile to take the edge off your day, and ginger because everything's better with a little heat behind it. Caffeine-free, so this is a morning, noon, or 9pm-and-you-still-can't-sleep kind of tea. Hand-blended right here at Nia Wellness Farm in small batches — none of that mystery-warehouse stuff.

I made it two ways because y'all have opinions: convenient tea bags if you want to steep and go, or loose leaf if you like to see what you're drinking (and maybe compost the leftovers back into the garden where they came from). Both are 2oz and both are up on Etsy now.

Most folks only ever meet a loofah in the shower, all pale and spongy, and figure it grew that way on some sponge farm out in the sea. Nah. That thing in your bathroom was a vegetable. A gourd, actually — grew on a vine right here in my garden, green and unbothered, right alongside my cucumbers. You let it dry out on the vine until it rattles when you shake it, peel off that papery brown shell, shake out the seeds, and boom — nature's already made you a scrubber for them ashy knees.

Y'all ever grown a loofah, or is this the first time you're finding out your sponge used to be a plant you could eat?
