Another renovation completed! This was an occupied space renovation in a high yield warehouse. This was a full demo,repair and replace of the men’s and women’s bathroom. We were able to keep the customer in full operation and returned their property to them ahead of schedule.

Last week we let go of our in house paint crew. My Dad started a painting company almost 50 years ago. Twenty-two years ago I became his partner and my sister joined us thereafter. Our crews were the foundation of our company for a long time and we are forever grateful for the time they spent with us and the work they accomplished. This crew has been with us for 10-19 years respectively . It was a hard decision to make but ultimately for our company and for them it was the best decision.

Longevity and loyalty are hard to find in construction. These 5 people have done both and we are proud and grateful to have had them with us this long. They have been an incredible group of people to work with and I’m grateful to have been able to place them with new opportunities.

It’s hard saying goodbye but sometimes hard decisions need to be made. Wishing them and us a prosperous future.

The project has successfully concluded after completing three phases and laying 253 yards of high early concrete. We appreciate the opportunity to collaborate with Chad and Dennis from Lone Star Grading and Materials.
