ith over 42 years of public works experience, our expertise spans a wide range of services that ensure safety, sustainability, and cleanliness in both public and private sectors. Our notable projects include working with the City of Seattle on the Clean City Initiative, where we provide daily encampment clean-up and hazmat waste management services, ensuring the city remains clean and safe. We have also been awarded bids and Job Order Contracts (JOCs) with the University of Washington, where we offer extensive exterior cleaning, power washing, and hazardous waste removal services. Additionally, our partnership with WSDOT showcases our proficiency in handling contaminated soil excavation for the I-509 Gateway Expansion Project. At Fresh Family LLC, we pride ourselves on our holistic approach to waste management and environmental services. Our team is OSHA certified, trained in hazmat handling and transport, and equipped with the latest technologies to manage even the most challenging projects. We offer a wide range of services, including building and interior demolition, concrete demolition, lead abatement, and environmental remediation. Our commitment to quality and safety is further demonstrated through our regular training programs, including USDOT and hazmat awareness training for all employees. In addition to our public sector work, our services cater to the private commercial market. Our pressure washing and power cleaning services are designed to enhance commercial properties, offering solutions such as flatwork concrete cleaning, parking garage maintenance, and recurring service plans to ensure properties look their best year-round. We also specialize in interior finishing services, including drywall installation and repair.

Today marks 5 years of Fresh Family LLC.

As we celebrate this milestone, we sincerely thank the many organizations, agencies, contractors, businesses, leaders, and community partners who have been part of our journey over the last five years. We truly appreciate the trust, opportunities, partnerships, guidance, and continued collaboration that have helped Fresh Family LLC grow into what it is today.
