We combine the best techniques of ancient times with modern advances by repurposing and reinventing old successes into workable models for obtainable sustainable community development. Our arctic village model is called Greentown, which stands for prosperity and organic living. We envision a mixed use development with three kinds of residential spaces, retail stores, public gardens and barns, parks, recreation, educational facilities, race tracks/fields, commerce/marketplace/mall,and numerous businesses that become the core of the downtown community. Greentown will offer space to people on every budget, we will try to help and financing for all our participants, and TECHS is working with mental health professionals to incorporate su***de prevention programs into the project. This is a new and exciting possibility for building innovative kinds of neighborhoods that cater to the realistic needs of the inhabitants. We invite you to join us as we seek the best ways to build our town. Feel free to add to this page or email/PM anything you find or know of that could be tested in this project. We are open to affiliations and associations.
