This project was a full refresh from top to bottom, taking these rooms from dated to clean, modern, and completely transformed.

✅ Walls, ceilings & trim fully painted
✅ Doors painted for a complete finished look
✅ Existing flooring removed and properly prepped
✅ New LVP flooring installed throughout
✅ Detailed prep and finishing work to bring everything together

Another interior transformation complete! 🎨🏡

Swipe through these before-and-after photos to see the difference!

This project involved completely repainting every bedroom and the hallway—from the ceilings all the way down to the trim, doors, and walls. Every surface received the attention it deserved to give this home a fresh, clean, modern look.

Room 1: The original room featured dated floral wallpaper, patterned borders, and pink accents that made the space feel dark and stuck in another era. After carefully removing the wallpaper, repairing and prepping the walls, and painting the ceilings, walls, trim, and doors, the room now feels bright, clean, and timeless.

Room 2: This room had bold burgundy trim around the windows, doors, and baseboards that dominated the space. After repainting every surface, the room now has a crisp, neutral finish that feels much larger and more inviting.

Room 3: Originally painted in warm beige tones with dark window treatments, this room was transformed with a rich blue accent wall paired with fresh light trim and ceiling paint, creating a modern, high-contrast look.

Room 4: The previous gray walls and occupied space were refreshed with new paint on the ceilings, walls, trim, and doors, giving the room a brighter, cleaner appearance that’s ready for its next chapter.

Hallway: The hallway received the same complete treatment, bringing all of the spaces together with a fresh, cohesive finish.

One of the biggest parts of this project was proper wallpaper removal in two bedrooms. Wallpaper was carefully stripped, the walls were repaired and sanded, imperfections were addressed, and every surface was properly primed before the finish coats were applied. Taking the time to prep correctly is what creates a professional finish that lasts.

From bare dirt to a healthy, thriving lawn — this transformation took planning, patience, and real groundwork.

This yard started as a patch of compacted soil with almost no life in it. I installed a proper drainage line to fix the underlying water issues, treated and rebuilt the soil so grass could actually take root, then planted new seed, protected it with straw, and committed to seven straight weeks of consistent watering.

The result speaks for itself — a full, green, healthy lawn where there used to be nothing but dirt.

The original planter had completely rotted out, so I removed the failing structure and recreated it from the ground up using pressure‑treated 2x8 lumber for long‑term durability. The new build matches the size and function of the old planter but is far sturdier, cleaner, and built to last.

The client now has a fresh, solid planter box that’s ready for years of use. It will be stained later to match the darker decking underneath, tying everything together visually while protecting the wood even further.

A simple upgrade that brings strength, longevity, and a clean finished look back to the space.

🛠️🏠 Bathroom Renovation

A leak inside the shower wall caused damage that spread to the backside of the unit—right where the vanity sits. Once the wall was opened up, it was clear that several issues needed to be addressed to restore the space properly and prevent future problems.

I removed the damaged materials, replaced the affected drywall, and cut out an old section of unwanted tile that had been beside the vanity. That area was patched cleanly with new drywall to bring the wall back to a smooth, uniform surface. While the wall was open, I also rewired the lighting circuit and installed an updated, modern light fixture to replace the outdated one.

After repairs were complete, the entire area was prepped, painted, and finished so the new vanity can be installed with a proper access panel behind it—making any future maintenance simple and code‑correct.

A clean repair, a safer setup, and a fully refreshed look for the bathroom.

🛠️💧 Water Line Repair

This project started with a cracked water line in the garage that feeds an exterior hose bib. The original installer never secured the pipe to the studs, leaving it “body‑fastened” and free to flex every time the hose bib was used. Over time, that movement stressed the pipe until it finally cracked.

I removed the damaged section, replaced it with a new PEX line, and secured everything to the framing using proper supports and clips. The line is now mounted to code standards, fully supported, and protected from the kind of movement that caused the original failure. The result is a cleaner, safer, and far more durable setup.

I swapped out every outlet in this section of the kitchen, corrected several wiring issues, and updated everything to modern, clean‑looking devices. The new outlets sit level, secure, and code‑correct, giving the whole space a sharper, more polished appearance. With the wiring cleaned up and the new devices installed, the kitchen now has a safer, more reliable setup that matches the updated aesthetic the homeowner wanted.

🏡🌳Fresh Landscaping Upgrade Completed

Wrapped up a full round of tree and yard care for a homeowner this week, and the results speak for themselves. I reshaped and refreshed the mulch beds around multiple trees, giving each one a clean, defined edge and a healthy layer of new mulch to help retain moisture and boost curb appeal.

Along with the visible work, I also took care of several important tasks behind the scenes:
• Removed multiple dead azalea bushes to clean up the space and make room for new growth
• Installed protective metal wire and stakes around young trees to keep them safe from deer and damage while they establish

Wrapped up a great little project that made a big impact without stretching the homeowner’s budget. The before photo shows a worn dirt path on a slope that was getting harder to walk safely. Using the materials already available on the property, I recycled large natural stones and paired them with Pressure Treated 2x4s to build a sturdy, structured set of steps.

The stones were hand‑selected and repositioned to create solid risers, while the pressure‑treated 2x4s helped lock everything in place and give each step a clean, defined edge. The result is a natural-looking staircase that blends right into the landscape, adds safe access up the hill, and keeps costs low by reusing existing materials.

A simple, sustainable upgrade that completely changes how usable and inviting this part of the yard feels.
