House is closing today so we ran out for quick drywall repair for a realtor.

getting started over in powder springs on a full supply line replacement. getting rid of all the polybutylene pipes in home with new pex and new shut off valves. new house spigots. then dryeapl repairs. also starting on exterior repairs finally now that the 42 days of rain has stopped.
