Bruce’s career began in the early 1990s as a golf professional, where he oversaw the ground-up development and management of new golf facilities across the DFW area. During these projects, Bruce collaborated closely with architects, engineers, city officials and various trade professionals. His interest in the construction industry grew from these daily interactions, as he observed the autonomy, craftsmanship, and dedication of the tradespeople he worked alongside. This curiosity ultimately inspired him to pivot his career and transition into the construction field.
