-up development and management of new golf facilities across the DFW area. His interest in the construction industry grew from these daily interactions, as he observed the autonomy, craftsmanship, and dedication of the tradespeople he worked alongside. This curiosity ultimately inspired him to pivot his career and transition into the construction field. To accommodate the client's design requirements, we are raising the living room and master bedroom ceilings to a ten foot plate height. This structural change required re-framing the back section of the roof with a new hip, a necessary step to properly install an eight foot high sliding door and new windows.
