We’re making great progress on converting an open front room into a dedicated home office for one of our excellent customers.

The new wall has been framed, insulation has been installed to help reduce noise transfer, and a solid-core door is in place to provide privacy and a more professional workspace.

So far we’ve completed:

✅ Framing and wall layout
✅ Structural header installation
✅ Sound-deadening insulation
✅ Solid-core door installation
✅ Drywall hanging

Next up:

🔜 Tape and bed drywall
🔜 Texture to match existing walls
🔜 Paint and trim installation
🔜 Final touch-ups and cleanup

It’s exciting to watch this space take shape. What was once an open room is quickly becoming a functional home office that will add comfort, privacy, and value to the home.

What started as an outdated tub surround received a complete transformation. We removed the existing shower walls, installed new backer board, waterproofed the surround, and finished it with a stunning feature tile wall. To complete the update, we installed new flooring throughout the bathroom, updated trim details, and refreshed the space with modern black fixtures.

The result is a brighter, cleaner, and more modern bathroom that feels larger and more inviting.

Another Slab Leak Problem Solved! 🔧

Today our master plumber completed a hot water line reroute, eliminating a leak that was hiding under the slab. Instead of tearing up floors and concrete, he rerouted the line and got the water back where it belongs.

Next up, we’ll repair the drywall, clean everything up, and leave it looking like we were never there.
