Did some work in Colorado this week..
installed some GMR restraints. The Kansas drive sucks and for the love of GOD!!! Colorado fix your part of I-70, about launched us to the moon it was so bumpy!!!

Take a look at this old dinosaur of a spring. Contractor left it up on wall when they did an expansion on building and reduced door size from 14’ to 7’… been in the business for 30+ years and never come across drums or end bearings like this one. This is only one of two springs. 72” long x 1/2” thick coils x 3”. Forgot to gauge it out..

Well Ruby (my red service truck, that’s what I named her) decided she was hungry today and ate half the serpentine belt. I was in the middle of nowhere Ks when this happened. I was able to drift into St Mary, Ks.
I need to send out a big thank you to NAPA auto parts for their support and help. John checked on me several times during my 3 hour battle with that damn belt. I would also like the address or phone number to the Fu***ng engineers who designed the 2007 6.7 Cummins belt routing and the NO area to work with, I have some choice words for them. My arms and hands were cut up and blood soaked by the time I finally got it on and working.
Once on, off to Manhattan, Ks for a quick dock seal install…

Well besides replacing a mother board in a RHX commercial opener for customer, I also was asked to clean their gutters while on site. Hey, it’s all chargeable at this point…. Money is money..

Well it’s been quite the week for “Ruby” she has been officially lettered and Registered with DOT. I’ve upgraded the stereo to a 10” touchscreen with CarPlay and Bluetooth, added front and rear DashCams for those fine KC drivers out there and added a backup camera and an Inverter to charge up all my batteries on the go!!!
A big Thanks goes out to Streamline Graphics in NKC. Great people to work with. Highly recommend them.
