Took another short trip across the state yesterday to install these three Kelly dock plates next to Boeing engineering in St Louis. They were testing the jet engines all day and it would shake the building I was working in.
550 miles round trip and back late last night to sleep in my own bed… making that money and
getting it “DONE RITE!”

Just walked in the house from a 13 hour day. Feels different when you are working for yourself. Proud, accomplished, knowing what you did today moved you forward and not someone else’s company.
I teamed up with MHSC, and we traveled 460 miles today. Started in Kearney, Mo, headed to Lincoln, Neb to replace lifting pump on scissor lift, then quick stop (we thought) in Omaha, Neb until we found a leaking hydraulic line on another aging scissor lift. Scrambled at 5:30pm to find an open hydraulic shop to get it made. Turn and burn back home with everything working as should. Another day in the books.. stayed tuned to see where else I am, it’s going to get interesting….

Sorry I haven’t posted in a quick minute, been on road traveling again.
Junction City, Kansas
Omaha, Nebraska post office repair
Back to KC to repair my local customer with a cable issue,
Drove to Pekin, Illinois this weekend and back on Sunday.
Plan to pull Blue Dodge to Chillicothe,Mo to have Transmission rebuilt for jobs this fall that involve more driving and longer distances. I dropped a tuner unit in it this last week and put it on a diet to help out with mileage.

So I took this call to clean up another contractor’s mess. Call was simple, 2 openers need chains installed and set limits, adjust track as needed and whatever little thing to complete punch list. Then I’m down to last door and find out the last contractor put the wrong springs on the wrong door and found them on two different doors. One spring on each door.. so tomorrow I get to disassemble 3 doors spring assembly and then reinstall 3 doors assembly.
Getting things DONE RITE!!!

It’s not always about big commercial doors, I install residential as well. Here is a Blacked out door I installed on Monday when it was 105 degrees. Give me a call for openers and door replacements.
